Coverage

Most parts include a manufacturer warranty against defects. Warranty duration is shown on the product detail page where applicable.

What’s not covered

  • Wear and tear items (pads, chains, clutch plates) unless defective.
  • Damage from incorrect installation or misuse.
  • Racing/off-road usage beyond intended specification.

Claim process

  1. Share OEM number, invoice, and issue description/photos/videos.
  2. We may request technician notes or inspection.
  3. Eligible claims are repaired/replaced per manufacturer policy.
