Returns & Refunds

Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.
- Electrical parts may require bench testing; opened/installed units may be ineligible unless defective.
- Clearance/consumables (pads, oils, seals) may be non-returnable once opened.
Process
- Share order details and photos of packaging/label.
- We issue an RMA reference for pickup/drop-off.
- Inspection is completed within 2–4 business days after receipt.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank/payment provider.
B2B bulk orders
Bulk orders may have separate return terms defined in the quotation/PO.
